Choose from a selection of succulent, charcoal grilled game and domestic meats, skewered onto Masaai swords and cooked to perfection over an open fire. Eat as much as you like, we only stop when you put down your flag in surrender. The Carnivore seats up to 550 guests. Different sections of the restaurant can be blocked off for private functions. The Carnivore is fully licensed and open seven days a week lunch and supper. The Carnivore Restaurant in partnership with Misty Hills Country Hotel, Conference Centre & Spa has launched 4 new conference venues. We have adapted the Carnivore menu to fit with a buffet style lunch and ensure that the conference delegates are able to enjoy a Carnivore experience. The conference venues provide a relaxed, yet professional environment. Fully equipped with all Audio Visual equipment, the conference facilities have been designed to stimulate productivity and creativity. The four conference venues are aptly named after Africa's greatest carnivores; Lion (45 - 125), Leopard (45 - 125), Cheetah (30 - 60) and Caracal (30 - 60).
